The team

- Rosemary FasoloProprietor
Rosemary Fasolo Proprietor
Rosemary began her career in printing as a typesetter which is why, even today, she is very picky about fonts, kerning and linespacing, driving most designers to drink. She retired from running the largest commercial printing company in Philadelphia in 1998 and she, her husband, and two children relocated to their second home in St. Michaels.
After a month of total post-retirement boredom, which included alphabetizing the spices for the third time, Rosemary realized she wasn’t ready to stop working. She opened Pixel Print & Post; she has enjoyed growing the business ever since. She feels blessed with wonderful customers and a staff who wears their superhero capes to work every day.
When in need of comfort food, Rosemary is happiest with a Maine lobster roll that brings back memories of her hometown of Norton, a small town in Massachusetts that is smaller than St. Michaels, but with more mosquitos per capita.
- Ruthie McGuireAccount Manager
Ruthie McGuire Account Manager
Ruthie recently began her second career at Pixel Print & Post at age 60 and is happy to report that it’s going better than high school Spanish!
Before discovering printing, papers, fonts, design, and everything we love at Pixel, Ruthie was a retail clothing and accessory buyer. Her first job was working at a toy store in Rockville, Maryland where she was tasked with test driving the bicycles and tricycles around the store after they were assembled.
Ruthie grew up in Montgomery County Maryland where she lived in a great neighborhood full of kids and families, when you could ride your bikes anywhere, play outside in the dark, and have sleepovers on the screened-in porch. Ruthie relocated to the Eastern Shore in 1982 and has three grown children.
- Robin ScofieldProduction Manager
Robin Scofield Production Manager
Robin is the official coordinator of chaos and somehow creates order and keeps everyone organized and on deadline. We’re not exactly sure how she does it! We don’t ask too many questions, but we think a cape might be involved.
Robin is a native Eastern Shore Girl and is a secret fan of Scooby Doo. When she needs a break from coordinating the chaos, she dreams of traveling to Ireland, visiting a castle and acting out scenes from her favorite movie, A Knight’s Tale.
- Stephanie Roe PritchardCSR & Estimator
Stephanie Roe Pritchard CSR & Estimator
Stephanie is our numbers gal. She grew up in Dorchester County where her family owned a small business and she took on bookkeeping and accounting at an early age. She has been happily married for 17 years and is the mother of three beautiful children.
Stephanie’s biggest weakness is bread, and we are happy to oblige in gratitude for her keeping us organized. When she needs a break from us, she enjoys traveling to the mountains and being near the water.
- Todd KleppingerGraphic Designer
Todd Kleppinger Graphic Designer
Todd is the creative force in the office and works with our clients and our team to make design dreams a reality.
Todd moved to the St. Michaels area as a child and returned to the area after earning a degree in Communication Design from Kutztown University (that's in Pennsylvania). He played in a few bands and worked a few smaller jobs before jumping back into Graphic Design full-time. We are so glad he did, but we're still waiting for that greatest hits album.
Todd is a pretty considerate guy and wishes that he had the superpower to always have the correct change in his pocket. All of us behind him in line for coffee are hoping his wish is granted.
- Denny StewartPress/ Bindery/ Quality Control
Denny Stewart Press/ Bindery/ Quality Control
Denny is an experienced pressman having worked at large and small printers in the region. He enjoys being hands on with his work and makes sure every one of our clients looks great in print.
Denny lives with no regrets and would come back as himself in his next life. He is an entertainer: he plays the bass and can ride a unicycle and juggle. He fits in well with our multitasking circus.
- Karen HarrisonSales Clerk & Chief Morale Officer
Karen Harrison Sales Clerk & Chief Morale Officer
Karen was born and raised in Tilghman Island and started a new role at Pixel Print & Post after retiring from Harrison’s Flowers, a business she owned and operated for many years. She brought her love of people with her to Pixel and enjoys meeting and greeting customers and learning something new each day.
Karen is a secret fan of Neil Diamond and Kenny Rogers. In addition to the life lessons of knowing when to hold them, fold them, walk away and run from Mr. Rogers, Karen also learned a lot from spending time with her grandmother as a child.
- Sandi BaileySales Clerk & UPS Goddess
Sandi Bailey Sales Clerk & UPS Goddess
Sandi is a native Easternshorewoman and lives in Easton with her three teenagers. Bless her! She is on the front lines at Pixel Print & Post and enjoys learning new things every day from her colleagues and our customers.
Sandi is young at heart and encourages us all to not grow up so quickly and be so serious. In her next life she would like to come back as the Chief Elf in Santa’s Workshop to help everyone remember what it’s like to have the faith and innocence of a child.
